1. Are the vases you sell handmade?
Some of the vases in our store are handmade, with unique design and craftsmanship. The production method will be indicated on the details page of each product.
2. Can I order online and pick up in store?
Currently, we support postal delivery after online orders, and do not provide in-store pickup service. If you have special needs, please contact us by email in advance.
3. How long does it take to deliver?
UK local delivery: Estimated 2-5 working days
International delivery: Estimated 7-15 working days (slightly different depending on the country)
4. How much is the shipping cost?
UK shipping is £8 flat rate
International shipping is £20 (global flat rate)
5. Can I return my product?
Yes. You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.
6. What if the vase I received is damaged?
Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product and attach a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
